Reload is a documented health universe which connects users with personal coaches. It is based on a digital health test, combines tailor-made activity and individual diet plans with stress and sleep counseling as well as personal coaching. App is the first step in the journey towards total integration between your bracelet and our platform. In all its simplicity, the Reload App retrieves your recorded step, sleep, and weight data from Apple HealthKit in your phone and with a single click it uploads them to the Reload web platform for our coaches analysis.

Since Reload App collects data from Apple Health, you are not limited to choosing a type of wristband. You can choose where your steps data should be taken from. All it takes is that their app is set up to forward data to Apple Health.
